Bourbon Maple Apple Cider
Makes 2
6 ounces Bourbon
4 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
4-6 teaspoons pure maple syrup to taste
1 cup spiced apple cider (we recommend Hy’s Cider Mill from Whole Foods)
Apple slices & cinnamon sticks for garnish (optional, but we say required)
Cinnamon + sugar to rim glasses (optional)
Ice
Directions:
1. Rim both glasses with a cinnamon + sugar combo. We did this by dipping both glass rims in water, then dipping each into a bowl of the cinnamon sugar mixture.
2. Fill two glasses and a cocktail shaker with ice.
3. Add bourbon, lemon juice, maple syrup, and apple cider to shaker; shake vigorously.
4. Strain into glasses and garnish each with a slice of apple + cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
