1. Tell us about your company, the Patterson Skaja Group.
The Patterson Skaja Group has been trusted advisers for over 12 years to buyers, sellers, and renters in the Twin Cities area. By truly listening to our clients concerns, needs and interests we are able to help them navigate the intricacies of the real estate market. We want to be the number one choice for people seeking expert advice by building a relationship based on trust and understanding of our clients goals. We are an advocate for our clients. The Patterson Skaja group is passionate about helping people find a real home in the Twin Cities.
2. What is your favorite aspect or rewarding part about owning your own business?
It has always been our passion to own our own business and the greatest reward is to build something from scratch where the benefits come directly from our own hard work and passion for Real Estate.
3. How would you describe your personal style(s)?
Our personal style is professional with an inviting personal edge. We look to drive our sales style based on what each client's needs are. We believe the most effect professionals have the ability to adjust their style, adopting the one that meets their clients' needs of the moment.
4. Where do you turn to for inspiration?
Our inspiration comes from our desire to better ourselves, both personally and professionally, every single day. We look to those around us who are successful to pull inspiration we can use in our lives

6. What do you never leave the house without?
Erick: Business cards, chapstick, and a purpose. Marissa: A smile, my heels, my purse and my business marketing material!
7. How do you spend your Saturdays?
Erick: Working! And if I am not working I am spending time with friends enjoying the city. Marissa: Working as well! Anytime I am not working, I am out with my husband and 3 kids biking, at the pool or the park enjoying the city!
