There is nothing better than a lazy Saturday morning followed by brunch with friends! My husband and I love checking out the new brunch spots and have slowly been compiling our list of favorites. Each spot has it own unique charm and mouth-watering menu selections so we have come up with categories for our "Best of" picks. Best Pastries: Patisserie 46 (don’t get discouraged by the line, waiting for your pastry is part of the fun!)

Best Ambiance: Barbette

Best Bacon: Wise Acre (so thick and juicy that it may be confused as a steak)

Best Breakfast Sandwich: Sun Street Breads

Best Mimosas: Cheeky Monkey (only $1.50 on weekends - you can't beat that!)

Best Coffee Shop: Bull Run (try the "Shot In The Nutz" coffee/Nutella combination - so amazing!)

Best Weekday Breakfast Meeting Spot: Moose & Sadies

Best Oatmeal: Zumbro

Best Breakfast Burrito: Cuzzy’s (unbeatable if you have a hangover)

Best Pancakes: Al’s breakfast (a classic)

Bloody Marys: Happy Gnome for a bloody mary bar, Ike’s for a big-as-a-meal Weekender drink.
