What is your favorite aspect or rewarding part of owning your own business?
I absolutely live for the moment when I present the final project to the client. Because I have such a visual mind, it’s nice seeing my initial idea to come life and to be able to share it with the client who have been eagerly waiting.
Where do you turn for design inspiration?
I find inspiration in the oddest of places. A gum wrapper, a tag on a piece of clothing, nail polish, food - especially the farmers market!
How would you describe your personal style?
Classic and timeless with an extra dose of unique textures, vibrant colors and ever-so-slight details.
What adds pep to your step?
My new Fitbit Force from Santa!
What do you never leave the house without?
I’m a true Minnesota girl - I never leave without my winter white stocking cap! But also my patent leather grey handbag {filled with all of the necessities}!
How do you spend your Saturdays?
Waking up slowly to coffee in bed {thanks to my darling hubby}, and heading off to the dance studio, the hockey rink, or the indoor soccer dome to watch my kids!
What have you learned about yourself and life, thus far?
That it’s so important to treat others the way you would want to be treated and that there really is absolutely no place like home.
